It's About Time

Streamlets has been sitting in the App Store without an update in some time, so I’m pleased to release a significant and long overdue update this month with the release of v2025.11, all based on valuable and very much appreciated user feedback.

What’s New

• Favourites has had a bunch of feature requests added, including:

  • Sync to iCloud - particularly useful each September when you buy and setup your new watch.
  • The ability to re-order your favourite stations using the intuitive press, drag and release.
  • and you can now ‘swipe right’ to delete.

• Add Your Own Stations

  • There’s new capability to add your own station¹, so if it doesn’t exist in the Radio Browser database, you can add the radio station name and url stream directly in the app. This doesn’t just have to apply to radio streams too, anything that streams audio will work, (think podcasts).

• Indexing

  • Countries and Tag lists all now have alphabetical indexing for quicker navigation - no more of that endless scrolling (which I admit is pretty cumbersome on a small device).

And finally, I’ve changed the version numbering system to year.month, it brings better clarity as to when each update was released.
